All digital products are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. Email hello@yunelio.com within 30 days of purchase with your order details and a short reason. We'll confirm and process the refund to your original payment method.

2. What qualifies

• Any single product or bundle purchased from Yunelio.
• Requests made within 30 days of purchase.
• Technical issues that prevent you from downloading your files.

3. What doesn't qualify

• Requests made more than 30 days after purchase.
• Fraudulent claims or misuse of files.
• Free products, tools, or email subscriptions.

4. After the refund

Once a refund is processed, the download link for the refunded product is deactivated, and you agree to stop using and delete the files.
