1. Digital products

All Yunelio products are digital files (PDF). No physical items are shipped. After a successful purchase, you receive a download link by email and on the download page.

2. License

Purchased products are licensed for personal use by the buyer. You may print them for your own use, but you may not resell or redistribute the files. Planners and studios need a multi-client commercial license.

3. Free tools

Free tools are provided as-is and run in your browser. The plans they generate are starting points — customs vary by family, region, and generation, and you remain responsible for confirming details with your families and vendors.

4. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by our payment provider. Refunds are handled under our refund policy.

5. Content accuracy

Our guides reflect common practices and practical options for modern weddings. We do not claim to represent every family's tradition.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yunelio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
