Are Yunelio products physical?
No. Every product is a digital file (PDF). No physical item will be shipped.
What format do I receive?
PDF files that work on phone, tablet, and computer, formatted for A4 and Letter printing.
Can I try before I buy?
Yes. Every product includes a free 5-page sample, and all three free tools are fully usable in your browser.
Are the products bilingual?
Guides and scripts are written in English with key phrases and lines in Chinese, including phonetic hints in the Script Kit.
Can I use them for a Chinese-Western wedding?
Yes. The guide and planner include modern and fusion ceremony options, and the script kit covers both ceremonies.
How do downloads work?
After checkout, CREEM or Dodo Payments emails you a secure download link tied to your order, and the files stay available on your purchase page. Links are temporary and tied to your purchase email.
What payment methods do you accept?
We use secure card and digital wallet checkout powered by CREEM and Dodo Payments. Prices are in USD.
What is the refund policy?
Email us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. See the refund policy.
Are the free tools really free?
Yes. They run fully in your browser with no sign-up, no paywall, and no fake buttons.
Can wedding planners use these with clients?
The standard products are licensed for personal use. Contact us if you need a multi-client commercial license.
